Very good service. Very professional and helpful. My only complaint is the amount of waiting I had to do during my initial visit, prior to my appointment, and particularly during paperwork. However, I understand they were understaffed.

My handler Madie was excellent, very friendly & accommodating. I asked for the car to be properly cleaned as last time the car came out dirty both inside and out even though i asked for it to be cleaned. It was again dirty, not a thorough job done

500£ for a ball joint is kind of ott especially for a car that's 20+ years old but the service was carried out nicely and I was informed with everything that was either not working or needed fixing but some bits were missed.

The pre-booking through my BMW app gave me a price £250 lower than what I was told at branch. And I still had to wait in branch despite doing an early check-in. Seems pointless.

Fantastic. It was a busy day at BMW, so to save me waiting around for 2.5-3 hours, John arranged an Uber for me to go into Nottingham. John kept me updated on the progress and got me back in time for me to leave for the time I asked to be done by.

No problems with the recall and hire car. I don't believe having to pay £15 for the day for the car is fair it's a recall especially when the recall could take up to two days.

One thing only to monitor is the lack of communication from reception and service desk. I was told and sit and await a free member of staff. But the staff wasn't informed by reception that someone was waiting. No fault of service staff.

Asked for the car to be there at 8, didn't look at it till 2. When returned given a extremely brief reason for the fault, no paperwork, no explanation and was treated like an inconvenience when I asked any questions.

I had booked in a recall and I was offered a complimentary wash of my car. After I was given the keys back. I noticed loads of scratches all over my car as it seems a rotating buffing machine was used on it and as a result there are circular scratche

I booked two of my cars in on the same day. One was with Martin for an oil change and the other was with John for a brake fluid and MOT. Both John and Martin were extremely helpful and both had the work completed exactly on time. Highly recommended

I would expect when one tyre is replaced to have its and the other three checked and left correctly inflated as per the BMW app recommendation. This didn't happen, I checked and reset pressures later.

I had a call from Abigail the car failed the MOt due to tyre wear. She managed to arrange a replacement tyre which enable the car to pass the Mot. However when we got home the tyre had not been pumped up adequately which showed on the tyre monitor.

Checkin process too slow. I was asked what time I wanted to pick the car up. I told them 16:00 as I had dropped off at 08:00. I got a phone call from the garage at 15:52 to tell me they needed another 50 minutes. I wouldn't have minded if they told.

4 wheel alignment done at same time EGR replaced - really convenient. 2 criticisms: Not offered courtesy car when car needs major work on it which could take more than 1 day. Only informed car may be needed overnight when I arrived not when I booked.

The service engineer is able to discuss issues relating to the proposed service and offer advise/suggestions prior to work being undertaken. Sytner also keep the customer informed of progress during the servicing/ repair works.
