I was offered wheel alignment. I decided to have this checked elsewhere as the £120 charge seemed excessive. I had a free alignment check on both axles at a local garage I use. The results showed no adjustments required.

The service rep was great. The recall on the steering system was booked in, weeks in advance -however after dropping the car off at 9am, I was then told at 11:30 that the parts were incomplete and the vehicle would then be required overnight.

Terrible experience. Had an issue with coolant levels and was told the pump needed replacing. Pump got replaced and 2 days later I'm again having the same problem and had to take car back to BMW Sytner again. Very unhappy with the level of service

Maddi did a very good job. Good communication. The car failed the MOT due to a damaged tyre. I knew this from the health check video. Maddinphoned quickly and asked if I wanted you to replace the tyre with a good quote. Problem resolved.

I think the work carried out was overcharged for the simple job that was done. I knew that the battery needed changing and told the advisor but along with the repair I still had to pay the investigation costs despite Sytner completing the repair work

I asked for the inside not to be cleaned. Not only did it get cleaned but once again some sort of silicone / shine spray has been applied (to excess) to the rubber floor mats leaving them super slippy. I complained about this last time too.

I received the usual health check video at 11:25, it stated that the car needed the software update and the oil changed. I was waiting in the showroom and ask for the car back at 3pm. At 2pm I was told what 'needed' to be done, no work had started.

2 months to book the car in for warranty work. 2 weeks to complete the work, this was over Christmas and I did have a loan car, but the car wasn't being worked on the whole time. The 2 safety recall issues weren't done so it needs to go back again!
