Very good service. Very professional and helpful. My only complaint is the amount of waiting I had to do during my initial visit, prior to my appointment, and particularly during paperwork. However, I understand they were understaffed.

My car had two tyres replaced. When it was returned to me the sensors had not been adjusted and so I am getting a message advising tyres not detected every time I start the vehicle. I called Sytner on 13th December to advise. No one has called back.

I would prefer that the guest profile was used so that I wouldn't have to re-adjust my memory seats function. I paid for the memory seat option so I wouldn't have to change my seat settings. This happens every time.

In my car service I had 4 new tyres fitted. The tyres were not set to the correc tyre size/models in the settings in the csr that are used to monitor tyre pressure. I noticed this before driving off and a BMW service person corrrcted the settings.

Did have an issue with my wheels being refurbed . I was told that an external company was used locally after having my X5 for a week I found a slight vibration over 60 mph .. After further investigation your mechanic found they hadn't been rebalanced

BMW no longer collect/return disabled customers vehicles. Never anywhere to park. There was a mix up with my service booking. I had to change it but my message was not passed on to the service dept. (Thanks to a kind receptionist they did fit me )

They asked me for a ridiculous price of £3,500 just to find the issue, not even to fix it. It was frustrating, especially since the problem ended up being simple and was resolved by a local garage for almost the same cost as the service charge.

Sytner experience a 100% better than Stratstone Derby so well done. Weirdly you both give out these 8 am service slots only to not open your locked doors . until 8am. That's just weird and alittle ignorant of people stood outside.

Fantastic. It was a busy day at BMW, so to save me waiting around for 2.5-3 hours, John arranged an Uber for me to go into Nottingham. John kept me updated on the progress and got me back in time for me to leave for the time I asked to be done by.
