Lack of staff, no sense of urgency, poor communication, charging of work not balanced. It would be nice for the senior team to take more ownership of problems, interact and call customers. At least acknowledging and some sympathy.

All the issues I reported where either sorted or I had an explanation of why it couldn't be sorted. The remaining issues have nothing to do with BMW. It was because I have a company car and a repair was rejected.
