As the car was already in the showroom I only waited three days before collecting. That said it was ready for collection on the day agreed and Stephen accommodated me needing an end of day collection due to work commitments. The car was immaculate.

Some functions are no longer as they were when I took the car in. Examples: the car now rolls away in drive when I release the brake (it used to sit until I pressed the accelerator) and now when I turn off the car the handbrake does not auto-engage.

The complimentary clean however wasn't a full clean as I thought it was so possibly a misunderstanding on my part but the complimentary clean was a jet wash and hoover rather than a more detailed clean. (Dusting, windows and in the door sills).

Personal items were left in the vehicle. Vape fluid (I loath tobacco, vaping and everything of the sort). Old parts were left in the boot. I know the washing and hoovering were complimentary, but either do it well or do not bother.

I've been having constant issues with the front M Sport brakes squealing, which on a car of this price and mileage (20k) should not be occurring. However, this issues was brushed off as nothing to worry about.

The car was booked in for a inspection because there was rattles to the rear of the car on rough roads. I requested the car to be washed on my phone. When I collected the car it wasnt washed and the check for rattles had not been done.

The staff I dealt with were extremely helpful and polite throughout the booking in and service day, the communication was excellent and the handover very professionally done (with a smile, which at the end of a long working day isn't always easy)

90 minute appointment booked including wash and vac. On arrival I was told it would be 3hrs if wash and vac included, so I opted for without. All done in just over 1hr. Shame this wasn't communicated at time of booking.

The staff were polite, efficient and welcoming. The service centre required me to deliver the car to them at a set time in the morning and required my car for a full day, and now another day to replace a headlight.

The car failed its MOT test due to a faulty mirror lamp. You didn't have a replacement in stock so I had to bring the car back the next day. The 3 hour wait for the lamp to be fitted caused me considerable inconvenience.
